Art. 3(2) GDPR reaches non-EU controllers that offer goods or services to people in the EU, which this site does, so GDPR applies to our processing of EU visitors' data. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies where our processing has an effect in Switzerland (Art. 3 FADP). Where the two differ we apply whichever gives you the stronger protection.
Checkout: your Telegram username (to deliver channel invites), the invoice's payment address and on-chain transaction data (to detect your payment), and — once you message our bot — your Telegram chat ID (to send invites, renewal reminders and receipts). Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
On-chain data is public by nature — the blockchain itself is outside anyone's deletion power. We store only the link between an invoice and its transaction.
Website: we run no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and set no cookies. Our web server and Cloudflare (our CDN/DDoS provider, processing IP addresses to serve the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) keep short-lived technical logs.
Invoice and payment records are kept as long as the bookkeeping and tax rules that apply to NoGuru LLC require, and no longer than 10 years. Telegram identifiers are deleted on request once no active subscription and no retention duty remains.
